1. Refund Policy

1.1 Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • If StepOne is unable to deliver the services as agreed upon in the contract due to unforeseen circumstances.

1.2 Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Payments for services that have been fully executed or events that have taken place are non-refundable.
  • Any expenses incurred for third-party vendors, licenses, or materials are non-refundable.

1.3 Process for Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@steponexp.com
  • StepOne will review the request and process eligible refunds within 14 business days.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations:

  • If a client wishes to cancel a project, written notice must be provided at least 10 days before the scheduled start date.

2.2 StepOne-Initiated Cancellations:
StepOne reserves the right to cancel a project due to non-payment, lack of client responsiveness, or unforeseen circumstances. 

2.3 Event Cancellations:

  • If an event is canceled due to reasons beyond StepOne’s control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), cancellation terms will depend on the agreements with clients and vendors.
