Pricing:

Our pricing depends on the scope of work, timelines, and production scale.

Projects can range from ₹1,00,000 for small-format executions to ₹1–2 Cr for larger campaigns and multi-city rollouts.

We believe in transparent costing and share detailed estimates once the brief is discussed and the scope is locked

Payment Terms:

  • All invoices are raised under STEPONEXP LLP, with applicable GST as per Indian tax norms.
  • We offer a 15-day credit period on all project invoices unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Payment milestones are typically aligned with project stages and timelines.

Refund Policy Credit Time Frame:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@steponexp.com
  • StepOne will review the request and process / credit eligible refunds within 14 business days.
