Clients engage StepOne through formal agreements. Once agreed upon, StepOne will provide a detailed project plan outlining deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
- User Responsibilities
3.1 Content and Approvals:
Clients are responsible for providing timely approvals and any necessary content, assets, or materials required for the execution of the services.
3.2 Confidentiality:
Clients agree to keep confidential all proprietary information and trade secrets shared by StepOne during the course of their engagement.
- Payment and Refund Policy
4.1 Payment Terms:
Payments for services are outlined in the agreement between StepOne and the client. Payments must be made as per the invoicing terms.
4.2 Event-Specific Terms:
For services related to event management, no refund will be provided after the event has been executed unless stated otherwise in the agreement.
- Termination of Services
5.1 Client Cancellation:
Clients may cancel services before the execution of the project. However, any upfront payments made will be non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in the service agreement.
- Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership of Materials:
All intellectual property rights related to the designs, content, and materials created by StepOne during the engagement remain the property of StepOne unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2 Licensing of Materials:
StepOne grants clients a limited, non-transferable license to use the content and materials provided solely for the purpose of the specific project.
